Felix Brodbeck ensures the scientific soundness of LOGIT’s concepts, procedures and analyses, as well as quality at LOGIT's international partners.

Felix Brodbeck has been in the survey business for more than 20 years. He contributes his experience of international consulting to issues of ES, management, teamwork, corporate culture, evaluation, HRM, usability, and methods.

He is an internationally renowned expert on intercultural corporate and management research and on developing and validating cross-culture-equivalent questionnaires. He was one of the lead coordinators of the GLOBE study and editor of the OrganisationsEntwicklung (Organizational Development) magazine. He has published several books and numerous articles in top international journals. He is familiar to a broad public thanks to his frequent contributions on management and corporate culture topics in the daily press and magazines (e.g., Süddeutsche Zeitung, Manager Magazin).

Felix Brodbeck studied psychology in Munich and New York, graduated from Giessen University and qualified as a professor from Munich University. He spent seven years as professor of Organizational Psychology at the Aston Business School in England.

Since 2007, he has been professor of Organizational and Economic Psychology at Munich’sElite Ludwig-Maximilians University, having succeeded Professor Lutz von Rosenstiel. His activities there include research into organizational psychology, teaching and academic mentoring.

Felix Brodbeck’s favorite way of spending his spare time is with his wife and two sons and travelling in near or distant lands.
